Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to institute fresh writ petition. He has also filed WPMP No.27818 of 2016 to that effect. In view of the averments in the affidavit filed in support of the WPMP No.27818 of 2016 and also in view of submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner, Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn granting the liberty sought for.

There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition, shall stands dismissed.
