No representation for the petitioners/Accused Nos.1 to 4. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State of Telangana on behalf of respondent No.1 would represent that, in fact, charge sheet was filed and Sessions Case No.346 of 2014 was assigned and even it ended in acquittal by judgment dated 30.10.2015 and, therefore, the present petition becomes infructuous. In view of the aforesaid submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this petition, shall stand closed.
