This MACMA is filed by the I.C.I.C.I. Lombard General Insurance Company Limited, represented by its Divisional Manager, Hyderabad, against the award and decree dated 12/10/2012 passed by the Additional Chairman, Accidents Claims Tribunal-cum-XX-Additional Chief Judge, City Civil Court, Secunderabad, in O.P.No. 149 of 2007.

2. Sri Ravishankar Jandhyala, learned Standing Counsel for the appellant-Insurance Company seeks permission to withdraw the above appeal in view of the settlement of the matter out of court. To that effect, he filed a photocopy of the letter dated 24/8/2018 of Legal Manager of the appellant-company addressed to the Registry of this Court.

3. Recording the above submission, M.A.C.M.A.No.1119 of 2012 [SR.No.27620 of 2011] is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs.

4. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions if any, pending in the appeal shall stand closed.
