This Civil Revision Petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India challenging the order dated 20.07.2010 in I.A.No.730 of 2010 in O.S.No.830 of 2008 on the file of the Court of the Additional Junior Civil Judge-cum-XVIII Metropolitan Magistrate, Cyberabad at Malkajgiri.

Learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission of this Court to permit the petitioners to withdraw the civil revision petition.

Permission is granted.
