These writ petitions are filed challenging the action of the 2nd respondent in rejecting the applications of the petitioners for considering their case on compassionate grounds as per G.O.Ms.No.504 General Administration (SC.A) Department dated 11.08.2008. The issue raised in this writ petition was considered by this Court in W.P.No.21492 of 2012 and batch dated 16.11.2017 and the learned counsel appearing for both sides, submit that the issue is squarely covered by the said order.

In view of the same, these two writ petitions are allowed in terms of the said order.

As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions, pending if any, shall stand disposed of as infructuous.
