Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the cause in the civil revision petition does not survive for adjudication as the suit was disposed of on 06.06.2016 by the II Additional District Judge, Mahabubnagar and that connected C.R.P.No.1056 of 2013 filed against the common order was disposed of on identical lines by this Court on 18.07.2013. Therefore, the revision petition may be dismissed as infructuous.

Recording the said submission, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.

Pending miscellaneous petitions in the petition, if any, shall stand closed.
