This petition is filed under Section 439(1)(b) of the Code of Criminal Procedure to relax the conditions imposed by this Court in Crl..P.No.8876 of 2016 by order dated 28.06.2016.

The petitioners complied the conditions without any deviation till today though one year has elapsed after passing of such order. Therefore, no purpose is served if the condition is remained further. Hence, the conditions imposed by this Court in Crl.P.No.8876 of 2016 by order dated 28.06.2016 are hereby relaxed. Petition is allowed accordingly.
