ORDER

This writ petition is filed seeking a writ of mandamus to declare the action of the first respondent in interfering with the peaceful possession of the petitioner in respect of plot bearing No.326, measuring 178.95 square yards, situated at Osmania University Colony, Shaikpet, Hyderabad, without following due process of law, as illegal and arbitrary.

It is not necessary to set out the facts in detail as in the connected W.P.No.26025 of 2010, a detailed order has been passed today. In the present writ petition, the petitioner is the original allottee of the aforesaid land from the 4th respondent-Osmania University Employees Co-operative Housing Society. In all other respects, the contents and the stand taken by the respondents are identical. 3.

In those circumstances and for the same reasons stated in W.P.No.26025 of 2010, this writ petition deserves to be allowed. 4.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is allowed, leaving it open to the first respondent to initiate appropriate action in accordance with the procedure prescribed under law. No order as to costs.
