THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE C.V. BHASKAR REDDY Contempt Case No.2294 of 2018 ORDER:

This Contempt Case is filed by the petitioner against the respondents alleging wilful and deliberate violation of the order passed by a learned Single Judge of this Court in Writ Petition No.27055 of 2017, dated 11.08.2017. 2.

Vide above order, the learned Single Judge disposed of the writ petition by directing the respondents therein not to meddle with the subject private property of the petitioner herein except in accordance with law; and if any private property of the petitioner is required, the respondents therein shall adhere to the procedure as stipulated in law. 3.

Alleging wilful and deliberate disobedience of the above order, the present Contempt Case came to be filed by the petitioner against the respondents.

To-day, when the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the respondents have complied with the order passed by the learned Single Judge of this Court in Writ Petition

No.27055 of 2017, dated 11.08.2017; and therefore, the cause in the Contempt Case no longer survives for adjudication, and hence the same may be closed. 5.

On the other hand, Mr. K. Ravinder Reddy, learned Standing Counsel for the respondents, also submitted that in terms of the order passed by the learned Single Judge of this Court in Writ Petition No.27055 of 2017, dated 11.08.2017, the respondents have taken suitable action; and therefore, the cause in the contempt case no longer survives for adjudication.

Counter-affidavit is also filed by the respondents in support of the above contentions, and the same is placed on record.

In view of above factual position, this Court is of the considered view that the present Contempt Case may be closed as no further orders are necessary in the Contempt Case.

Accordingly, the Contempt Case is closed. No costs.
