THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE RAMESH RANGANATHAN AND THE HON'BLE SMT JUSTICE KONGARA VIJAYA LAKSHMI WRIT PETITION NO.31117 OF 2018 ORDER: {Per the Hon'ble Sri Justice Ramesh Ranganathan} Sri Ch.Siva Reddy, learned counsel for respondents 2 to 4, would submit that, in the light of the offer made by the petitioner to pay a sum of Rs.1,00,00,000/- (Rupees one crore only) by way of a demand draft and the balance amount of Rs.7,00,00,000/- (Rupees seven crore only) by way of a cheque, as per the mutual understanding arrived at between the parties, the auction scheduled to be held today has been cancelled. Sri E.Madan Mohan Rao, learned counsel for the petitioner, would submit that, in the light of what has transpired between the petitioner and the bank, the cause in the Writ Petition does not necessitate any further adjudication by this Court and the Writ Petition has become infructuous.
The Writ Petition is accordingly dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand dismissed.
