HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY CONTEMPT CASE No.2305 of 2018 ORDER:

This Contempt Case is filed alleging violation of orders passed by this Court in WPMP.No.54881 of 2017 in WP.No.44273 of 2017, dated 03-01-2018.

Learned Government Pleader for Land Acquisition submits that the award was corrected and corrected copies are served to the petitioners. As far as others are concerned, they have to collect the corrected copies of award from the office of Arbitrator. Recording the same, the Contempt Case is closed. As a sequel to the disposal of this case, miscellaneous applications, if any, pending shall stand closed.
