This writ petition is filed, under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, for the following relief: "to issue an order direction particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus or any other appropriate writ declare the inaction of the all respondents who did not providing the benefits of deceased family members as per the proceedings of the respondents SP.O.O.
(CGM-HRD) Ms.No.149, dated 16.03.2016. Chairman & MD.
SPDCOF TS, and kept quite since 26-4-2016 and even representation date 12.10.2016 is pending with them, and depriving the petitioner law full rights to get benefits from Government is illegal, un constitutional, arbitrary, and conseuqeently direct the respondents to give compensation amounts to the petitioner family as per the proceedings of the respondents SP.O.O. (CGMHRD, Ms. No.149 Dated.16-3- 2016, Chairman & MD. SPDCOF TS and to pass such other order or orders may deems fit and proper in the circumstances of the case."

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and perused the prayer in the writ petition with supporting affidavit and the other material on record and also heard the learned Government Pleader for Energy and Revenue representing the respondents 1 and 5 and recorded the offer of Sri R.Vinod
Reddy, learned standing counsel, from oral instructions, for the respondents 2 to 5.

Having regard to the nature of controversy, this writ petition is disposed of, with a direction to the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner pending for his entitlement of the compensation, pursuant to the S.P.O.O. (CGM-HRD) Ms.No.149, dated 16.03.2016, with other connecting proceedings, if any, within six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
