Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Pleader for Revenue.

With the consent of both the parties, the Writ Petition is disposed of at the admission stage.

The present Writ Petition came to be filed seeking issuance of writ of Mandamus declaring the action of respondent Nos.3 and 4 in not fixing the boundaries after completion of survey conducted by them in respect of the land in Survey No.71/ 2D2 admeasuring Ac.1.00 cents, situated at Tungalam Village, Gajuwaka Mandal, Visakhapatnam District, as illegal and arbitrary. 4.
Though various grounds are raised, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that his client is willing to make fresh application by paying requisite fee in accordance with the procedure prescribed by law by, pursuant to which, the authorities may be directed to conduct survey and fixing of boundaries. 5.
Learned Government Pleader for Revenue would submit that if the application made by the petitioner is in accordance with law and if suitable fee as required by law is paid, the authorities may be directed to consider the same in accordance with law. 6.
Having regard to the above submissions, the writ petition is disposed of directing the petitioner to make fresh application
seeking survey and fixing of boundaries of the land in dispute along with necessary entries, in which event, the respondentauthorities shall consider the same in accordance with law, as early as possible, preferably within a period of four to six weeks from the date of receipt of the application made by the petitioner. 7.
