HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE SURESH KUMAR KAIT CIVIL REVISION PETITION No.5039 OF 2018 ORDER: (oral) Vide the present petition, the petitioner has challenged docket orders dated 01.05.2018, whereby the office of Senior Civil Judge, Mangalagiri, has raised objections as under: " 1) How this petition is maintainable under Section 50, 146, 115, 116 and other provisions of CRDA Act? (Time 7 days)

2) As the U/O 1 Rule 10 CPC petition returned this petition is also returned. (Time 7 days)."

2. It is an admitted fact that for the aforesaid objections 7 days time was given but instead of complying the objections raised by the office of aforesaid Court the petitioner has filed the present petition.

3. Finding no merit in the instant petition, I hereby dismiss the same by giving liberty to the petitioner to satisfy the objections dated 01.05.2018 raised by the office of Senior Civil Judge, Mangalagiri, within one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed. No order as to costs.

Miscellaneous Petitions, if any pending, shall stand closed.
