HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE N. BALAYOGI CRIMINAL PETITION No.9157 of 2011 ORDER:

This matter was listed from 4.10.2017 to this day under the caption of "dismissal" as there was no representation on behalf of the petitioners on that day. At the time of mentioning, the request made by the learned Counsel for the petitioners for adjournment was rejected since the matter was listed under the caption of "dismissal". In spite of rejection of such request, the learned Counsel for the petitioners has not come forward to advance arguments, which clearly shows that the petitioners have no interest to prosecute this petition.

Hence, the Criminal Petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed and the interim stay granted on 28.9.2011 in Crl.P.M.P.No.9976 of 2011 is vacated.
