HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE P.NAVEEN RAO WRIT PETITION No.19167 OF 2015 ORDER:

When the matter is taken up for consideration, learned counsel for the petitioners requests leave of the Court to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to the petitioners to avail appropriate remedies as warranted by law in case petitioners are not satisfied with the compensation offered by the respondent corporation.

2. Recording the same, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn granting liberty as sought by the petitioners. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions if any pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
