OFFICE NOTE 06.04.2023 Dr.GRR,J I.A. No.1 of 2023 This application is filed by the petitioner - A1 to relax the condition No.(x) i.e.
"the petitioner/Accused No.1 shall report before the Inspector of Police, ACB, Nizamabad Range, Nizamabad, on every Monday between 10.30 a.m. and 12.00 p.m. till filing of the final report" imposed on her by this Court vide order dated 06.12.2022 passed in Crl.P. No.10520 of 2022. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel representing learned Special Public Prosecutor for ACB - 1st respondent.
The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner was resident of Beeramguda village, Sangareddy District and she was appearing before the Inspector of Police, Nizamabad on every Monday. She was having small children and facing hardship to travel from Beeramguda to Nizamabad and prayed to relax the said condition imposed on her.

OFFICE NOTE Learned counsel representing learned Special Public Prosecutor for ACB submitted that the petitioner was appearing before the Inspector of Police, ACB, Nizamabad Range, regularly till date and that she had not violated the said condition.
Considering the submissions of both the learned counsel, it is considered fit to relax the condition No.(x) imposed on the petitioner.
Accordingly, the application is allowed relaxing condition No.(x) i.e.
"the petitioner/Accused No.1 shall report before the Inspector of Police, ACB, Nizamabad Range, Nizamabad, on every Monday between 10.30 a.m. and 12.00 p.m. till filing of the final report" imposed on the petitioner-A1 by this court vide order dated 06.12.2022 passed in Crl.P.
No.10520 of 2022.
