THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE R. KANTHA RAO CRIMINAL PETITION No.15309 of 2013 ORDER:

This criminal petition is filed by the petitioners-A1 and A2 under Section 438 of the Criminal Procedure Code seeking anticipatory bail in Crime No.98 of 2013 of Mydukur Police Station, YSR Kadapa District, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 353 read with 34 of IPC and Section 7(1) of Criminal Law Amendment Act.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners - A1 and A2 and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor representing the respondent-state.

3. It is alleged against the petitioners that on 04.03.2013 in the afternoon, they attacked the chicken shop in the four road junction of Mydukur town, though the de facto complainant, who is the police constable, prevented the accused, they pushed him aside and attacked the chicken shop.

4. In view of the aforesaid allegations, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.
