On 20-10-2015, the petitioner is stated to have made representations before respondents 2 to 4 stating that his land admeasuring Ac.0-12 cents in Sy.No.50 situated at Gopalapatnam Village, Thondangi Mandal, East Godavari District, is allegedly attempted to be encroached by MPTC of Manda and her husband and a Temple is sought to be constructed therein. The said representations though acknowledged recently in the 1st week of November, 2015 by respondents 2 to 4, alleging inaction, the present writ petition is filed. Evidently, the petitioner's representations have received by respondents 2 to 4 in the 1st week of November, 2015. Hence, it is appropriate to direct respondents 2 to 4 to examine the same in the background of factual situation and the revenue records and communicate their appropriate decision to the petitioner, expeditiously. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.
