Heard Sri I.Koti Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri K.Lakshman, learned Assistant Solicitor General appearing for the respondents.

The grievance of the petitioner is that the petitioner was issued Letter or Intent on 27.02.2012 and though the petitioner made several representations dated 24.04.2018, 22.11.2016, 22.07.2016 and 25.06.2013, the respondents 2 and 3 are not giving Letter of Authorization (LoA) for commencing the business. He submits that by virtue of Record Note on opportunity to offer alternate Land by LoI Holder, dated 15.07.2015, the respondents may grant permission to run the show-room, but in spite of the same, no action is being taken on the representations of the petitioner. Aggrieved by the same, present Writ Petition is filed. Since the representations of the petitioner dated 24.04.2018, 22.11.2016, 22.07.2016 and 25.06.2013 are stated to be pending before the respondents 2 & 3, they are directed to consider the same in accordance with the Rules & Regulations and take action within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed. _______________________________ A.RAJASHEKER REDDY, J 30-08-2018.
