Syed Afsar Uddin v. The State Of Telangana,
THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE U.DURGA PRASAD RAO CRIMINAL PETITION No.4564 of 2017 ORDER:
Heard learned counsel for petitioner.
2) Seeking relaxation of the condition imposed in the order dated 12.06.2017 in Crl.M.P.No.1871 of 2017 in Cr.No.407 of 2017 of Panjagutta PS wherein he was inter alia directed to deposit his voter identity card in the Court, learned counsel for petitioner would submit that petitioner's voter identity card was misplaced somewhere and therefore, he is unable to produce the same and hence the said condition may be relaxed or in the place of voter identity card the petitioner may be directed to surrender his Aadhar card to show his bona fides.
3) Considering the reasonability of the request, the order in Crl.M.P.No.1871 of 2017 is modified and the petitioner is directed to deposit his Aadhar card with the trial Court for safe custody which shall be treated as sufficient compliance of bail order condition. In case of necessity of the Aadhar card in future, the petitioner can apply by way of petition and the trial Court shall pass an order on merits thereon.
4) Accordingly, this petition is allowed.
