HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T. AMARNATH GOUD W.P. No. 30874 of 2015 O R D E R:- This writ petition is filed seeking a direction to the respondents not to arrest the petitioner in respect of the complaint relating to the land property in Sy.Nos. 21, 22, 29, 30, 31, 34, 35, 36, 37, 38, 39 and 40 situated in Gajularamaram village, Quthubullapur Mandal, Range Reddy District.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the subject matter pertains to the year 2015 wherein the petitioner claims to be a businessman and he has been made to attend and sit in the police station and thereby put to harassment.

On the contra, the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home (Telangana) appearing on behalf of the respondents, submits that the petitioner purchased stolen goods from third parties, and in pursuance of the same, he was summoned for the purpose of enquiry, and since no fresh cause of action is made out after a lapse of three years, nothing survives for adjudication in the writ petition and the matter has become infructuous.

In view of the above submission, the writ petition is dismissed as having become infructous. However, liberty is

TA,J WP_30874_2015 given to the petitioner to file an application if any fresh cause of action arises in this regard. No order as to costs. As a sequel, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any pending, shall stand disposed of as infructuous.
