HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.17990 OF 2015 ORDER:

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri A.Lakshminarayana, learned Standing Counsel for respondents 2 & 3 and Sri N.Krishna Murthy, learned counsel for the 9th respondent.

Sri G.Pedda Babu, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the suit for partition in O.S.No.32 of 2004 is pending on the file of the District Judge, Ongole and petitioner may be permitted to work out her remedies in the said suit.

Since the petitioner wants to avail the remedy of pursuing OS No.32 of 2004 pending on the file of the District Judge, Ongole, this Writ Petition is disposed of granting liberty to the petitioner to avail the said remedy, in accordance with law. There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed.
