This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (for short Cr.P.C.J by the petiLioner- , i Accused to quash the proceedings against him in FIR No.142 of 2022, dated, 12.1I.2022 pending on the file of Station House Officer, Shanthinagar Police Station, Jogulamba Gadwal District, registered for the offences under Section 324 of Indian Penal Code (for short "rPC1.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner-Accused and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent-State. 3.
A perusal of the record would reveal that there is a dispute between the respondent No.2 and petitioner/accused who is the neighbouring land owner, regarding usage of electricity from the transformer which was set up by respondent no.2 and others. Keeping in vie'*, that the case is at the stage of investigation, this Court deems it appropriate to direct the Investigating Oflicer in F.I.R.No. 142 of 2022, dated 12.11.2022 pending on the file of Station House Officer, Shanthinagar Police Station, Jogulamba Gadwal District, to conclude the investigation without arresting the petitioner. Further, the petitioner-Accused shall co-operate with
