THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY Tr.C.M.P.No.567 of 2018 ORDER:

This petition is filed under Section 24 CPC seeking to withdraw O.S.No.709 of 2016 on the file of the Principal Junior Civil Judge, Tirupathi, and transfer the same to the Court of Principal Senior Civil Judge, Tirupathi.

At the time of arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of the Court to withdraw the petition with a liberty to file similar type of petition before the Principal District Court, Chittoor.

Permission as sought for is accorded.

Accordingly, Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
