JUSTICE SHAMEEM AKTHER WRIT PETITION No. 6484 OF 2008 O R D E R : ( Oral, Per the Hon'ble Sri Justice Suresh Kumar Kait ) This writ petition is filed invoking the jurisdiction of this Court under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking writ of certiorari call for the records relating to impugned order dated 20/02/2006 passed by the A.P. Administrative Tribunal, Hyderabad in O.A.No. 3932 of 2004 by declaring the same as illegal, arbitrary and to direct the respondents to pay the arrears of salary to the petitioner from 12/2/2002 till the date of reinstatement into service as Public Health Worker/Sweeper in Narsapuram Municipality, West Godavari district and to pass such other orders as this Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case.

2. Appeared none on behalf of the petitioner nor there is any representation on behalf of the petitioner.

3. In the above circumstances, this writ petition is accordingly dismissed for default and for non-prosecution. No order as to costs.

4. As a sequel, pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed.
