This Civil Revision Petition, under Section 115 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908, by the petitioner/ 2nd Judgment debtor is directed against the order, dated 31.03.2017, of the learned I Senior Civil Judge, City Civil Court, Hyderabad, passed in E.P.No.53 of 2007 in O.P.No.94 of 1991.

I have heard the submissions of Smt. Chintalapudi Lakshmi Kumari, learned counsel for the petitioner/ 2nd judgment debtor, and of Sri B.Vijaysen Reddy, learned senior counsel appearing for the respondents 1 and 2/ decree holders. I have perused the material record.

At the hearing, it is submitted by the learned counsel for the revision petitioner/ JDr and the learned senior counsel for the respondents/ DHrs that the only dispute is about the amount due and payable to the decree holders by the revision petitioner/ 2nd judgment debtor and that along with the revision, a calculation memo was filed by the revision petitioner and that calculation memo at page 13 of the material papers reflects that the amount due and payable by the revision petitioner/ judgment debtor to the DHrs is Rs.95,66,921/ - as on 20.01.2017. It is further submitted that both the parties are agreeable for the said amount as the calculation stated in the said Memo is acceptable to both sides. Therefore, a request is made to dispose of this
revision petition by accepting the said calculation memo and by passing appropriate orders.

Recording the submissions, the Civil Revision Petition is disposed of by accepting the Calculation Memo, at page 13 of the material papers, wherein it is stated that Rs.95,66,921/ - is due, as on 20.01.2017, and is payable by the revision petitioner/ 2nd JDr to the DHrs. Accordingly, the revision petitioner/ 2nd judgment debtor is directed to deposit the aforestated amount, within six weeks from today, to the credit of E.P.No.53 of 2007 in O.P.No.94 of 1991 on the file of the Court of the learned I Senior Civil Judge, City Civil Court at Hyderabad, along with subsequent interest from 20.01.2017 onwards till the date of such deposit.
