THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY CIVIL REVISION PETITION No.1055 of 2017 ORDER:

This civil revision petition is filed by the petitioner-defendant under Article 227 of Constitution of India, assailing the order dated 17.10.2016 in C.M.A.No.3 of 2013 on the file of the Court of the Senior Civil Judge, Ramachandrapuram, East Godavari District. 2.

Heard the learned counsel for both the parties. 3.

At the time of arguments, learned counsel for both the parties submitted that both parties may be directed to maintain status quo as on today. Both the counsel further submitted that the trial Court may be directed to dispose of the suit as early as possible. In view of the submissions made by both the counsel, this Court is not inclined to go into merits of the main case. 4.

Accordingly, the civil revision petition is disposed of. The learned Principal Junior Civil Judge, Alamuru, is hereby directed to dispose of O.S.No.152 of 2012 as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Both the parties are hereby directed to maintain status quo as on today till disposal of the suit. Miscellaneous petitions if any pending in this petition shall stand closed.
