HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE P.NAVEEN RAO ORDER:

Petitioner is aggrieved by the order of termination of probation as Armed Reserve Head Constable by order dated 30.05.2018.

After making some submissions, learned counsel for petitioner seeks leave of the Court to grant liberty to petitioner to avail remedy of appeal against said order. Learned counsel would submit that immediately after issuing of termination order, petitioner went to 'Huzz Yatra' and after he came back, he filed this writ petition and the period of 'Huzz Yatra' be excluded while considering the appeal.

Recording the said submission and in the facts of this case, liberty is granted to petitioner to prefer appeal against the order of Commissioner of Police, Rachakonda Commissionerate, dated 30.05.2018. If such appeal is filed within a period of two weeks from today, the appellate authority shall consider the same and pass appropriate orders on its merits. Writ Petition is accordingly dismissed.
