THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE R. SUBHASH REDDY AND THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.SHANKAR NARAYANA CIVIL REVISION PETITION No.2264 of 2015 ORDER: (Per Hon'ble Sri Justice R. Subhash Reddy) This Civil Revision Petition, under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, is filed questioning the award, dated 18.08.2013, in Arbitration Case No.340 of 2012 on the file of the Arbitral Tribunal at Hyderabad.

Under the Scheme of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 (for short 'the Act'), if the petitioners feel aggrieved by the award of the Arbitral Tribunal, there is a remedy available to them under Section 34 of the Act. It is stated that in execution proceedings, the petitioners have raised objections with regard to jurisdiction of the Arbitral Tribunal also. In that view of the matter, we do not find any merit in this revision so as to interfere with the impugned award. Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed. No order as to costs.

As a sequel, pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed.
