THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.V. SESHA SAI WRIT PETITION No.30234 of 2015 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking the following relief:

"to issue writ of Mandamus to direct the Respondents 2 to 5 to act in accordance with law and to permit the petitioners and their associates to perform the festival celebration for 9 days from 17.9.2015 inside the Hanuman Temple situated at Puppalaguda Village, Rajendranagar Mandal, R.R.District." Heard Sri Vedula Srinivas, learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Government Pleader for Home for respondents, apart from perusing the material available before this Court.

During the course of hearing it is brought to the notice of this Court that for redressal of the grievance of the petitioners herein they made a representation, dated 13-09-2015 to the 5th respondent - S.H.O., Narsing Police Station, Rajendranagar Mandal, R.R. District. Learned counsel for the petitioners requested this Court to direct the 5th respondent to take appropriate action on the said representation. In view of the said submission and having regard to the nature of controversy, the writ petition is disposed of, directing the 5th respondent - S.H.O., Narsing Police Station, Rajendranagar Mandal, R.R. District to take appropriate action on the representation, dated 13-09-2015 said to have been submitted by the petitioner herein, in accordance with law, forthwith.
