HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.23060 OF 2016 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed aggrieved by the action of the respondents 3 and 4 in conducting the survey of the petitioner's lands without waiting for the outcome of the appeal filed by the petitioner vide ROC.File.No.2802 of 2014. Heard both sides.

Since the appeal filed by the petitioner is stated to be pending before the 3rd respondent, it is for the 3rd respondent to dispose of the same in accordance with law.

In view of the above, the 3rd respondent is directed to dispose of the appeal filed by the petitioner in accordance with law within a period of four (4) weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order after issuing notice to the affected parties. Till such time, there shall be stay of conduction of survey in respect of the lands belonging to the petitioner.

With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs. As a sequel to the disposal of this petition, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
