This writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking to issue a writ of Mandamus to declare the action of respondent No.3 in not conducting and completing the investigation in Crime No.168 of 2015, dated 14.11.2015, on the file of Kamalapur Police Station, Warangal Urban, Warangal District, registered for the offences under Sections 447, 427, 420, 465, 467, 504 and 506 read with 34 I.P.C. as illegal and arbitrary and consequently, direct respondent No.3 to forthwith take steps for conducting and completion of the investigation in the said crime.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, respondent No.3 is directed to complete the investigation in Crime No.168 of 2015, dated 14.11.2015, on the file of Kamalapur Police Station, Warangal Urban, Warangal District as expeditiously as possible, preferably, within a period of three (3) to five (5) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, in accordance with law, and file a final report.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous Petitions pending, if any, in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
