HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE N.V.SHRAVAN KUMAR CONTEMPT CASE No.2657 OF 2018 ORDER:

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that this Court has passed an interim order, dated 19.01.2023 and submits that the issue pertains to the dispute with regard to the calculation of the salary amount.

Today when the matter has been taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the respondents has filed a memo stating that the amount of Rs.2,74,004/- has been paid to the petitioner towards his back wages by way of Cheque No.456785, dated 30.01.2023 and that he has received the said cheque amount and had already deposited in his account. In view of the same, the order has been complied and further submits that the Contempt Case may be closed.

Since, the order has been complied, the Contempt Case is closed however, leaving it open to the petitioner to pursue the remedies as available in law.

Miscellaneous applications, if any pending, shall stand closed. No order as to costs.
