THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.SATYANARAYANA MURTHY CIVIL REVISION PETITION No.980 of 2013 ORDER:

This Civil Revision Petition, under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, is filed challenging the order, dated 29.11.2012, passed in Interlocutory Application No.318 of 2012 in Original Suit No.50 of 2004 by the Senior Civil Judge, Sompeta, whereunder the petition filed under Order VIII Rule 1 read with Section 151 CPC to issue necessary summons to the plaintiff-bank and its authorised authorities for cause production of the original documents from the respective bank officials and to give evidence in this petition, was dismissed.

When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the matter has become infructuous and thereby, nothing to be adjudicated by this Court in this revision. Recording the same, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this revision shall stand closed.
