Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Government Pleader for Revenue (Andhra Pradesh). 2.

With the consent of both parties, the Writ Petition is disposed of at the admission stage.

The present Writ Petition came to be filed questioning the action of the respondents in not considering the representations dated 23.12.2017 and 08.01.2018, made by the petitioners, which were marked to the Tahsilar, for bringing out changes in the entries in records in respect of the lands admeasuring Acs.25.50 cents in Survey Nos.29, 28-2, 31-1, 31-2 and 44-1 situated in Sammeda village, Devarapalli Mandal, Visakhapatnam District.

Learned Government Pleader would submit that the circumstances under which the Tahsildar made these entries would be informed to the petitioners, basing on the representations.

Having regard to the above, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the Tahsildar, Devarapalli Mandal, Visakhapatnam District, to consider the representations dated 23.12.2017 and 08.01.2018, copy of which are marked to the Tahsilar, complaining about the changes in the entries made in the

revenue records, in accordance with law, after hearing all the concerned with regard to the incorporation of the word 'dispute' in the revenue records in respect of the above said lands. 6.
