1 This petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C to set aside the order dated 04.12.2013 passed in Crl.M.P.No.1315 of 2013 in D.V.C. No.6 of 2013, on the file of the Court of the Judicial First Class Magistrate at Narsampet, Warangal district.

The learned counsel for the petitioners has filed letter dated 16.12.2015 in the Registry requesting to list the matter before the Court under the caption 'for withdrawal' and a submission to that effect has also been in the Court today. Permission is accorded. 3 Accordingly this Criminal Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, pending in this Criminal Petition, if any, shall stand closed.
