This petition is filed for a writ of Mandamus declaring the Memo Nos.11/5698/2008 dated 06.10.2008 and January 2009 of the 1st respondent and Condition No.2 in Lr.No.B/3501/2008 dated 29.08.2008 of the 2nd respondent respectively, in insisting for Land Conversion Certificate from the 3rd respondent under the Andhra Pradesh Agricultural Land Act, 2006 and Rules notified vide G.O.Ms.No.1537, Revenue, dated 19.10.2006, in spite of the conversion of the petitioner's land admeasuring 1315 guntas in Sy.Nos.212, 213, 214, 215/1, 218, 219, 220, 223 and 224 of Shailpet Village, Hyderabad District under Section 12 of the A.P.Urban Areas (Development) Act, 1975, under G.O.Ms.No.863 M.A.

& UD (II) Dept dated 22.12.2008, as illegal and arbitrary.

When the matter is taken up for hearing, it is represented by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the present writ petition is covered by the order dated 28.08.2015 passed by this Court in W.A.No.702 of 2010 and batch and the same is not disputed by the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue. For the reasons alike, this writ petition is disposed of in terms of the said order. There shall be no order as to

costs. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the writ petition, shall stand closed. A copy of the order dated 28.08.2015 in W.A.No.702 of 2010 and batch is to be annexed to this order. ____________________________ A.RAJASHEKER REDDY, J 20.10.2016 dv
