This petition is filed under Section 24 CPC seeking to withdraw O.S.No.368 of 2007 on the file of the Court of XIV Additional District Judge, Ranga Reddy District, at L.B.Nagar, and transfer the same to any other District Court at L.B.Nagar, Ranga Reddy District.

At the time of arguments, the only relief sought by the learned counsel for the petitioners is to direct the trial Court to dispose of the matter as expeditiously as possible. 3.

In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, this Court is not inclined to go into the merits of the main case.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the learned XIV Additional District Judge, Ranga Reddy District, at L.B.Nagar, is hereby directed to dispose of O.S.No.368 of 2007 as expeditiously as possible, preferably, within a period of six months from the date of receipt of copy of this order. 5.

With the above observation, transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is disposed of. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
