This writ petition is filed challenging the action of the respondents in not registering a crime pursuant to complaint of the petitioner dated 28.05.2018.

Heard both sides.

The Apex Court has issued guidelines with regard to registration of crimes in Lalita Kumari v. Government of Uttar Pradesh (2014) 2 SCC 1.

In view of the above, this writ petition is disposed of directing the competent authority to take appropriate action on the said complaint, in terms of the aforesaid Judgment rendered by the Supreme Court in Lalita Kumari's case. No order as to costs.
