THE HONOURABLE SMT. JUSTICE K. SUJANA CRIMINAL PETITION No.14025 of 2025 ORDER:
This Criminal Petition is filed by the petitioner-Accused Officer seeking relaxation of the condition imposed by the trial Court in its order dated 30.09.2024 in Crl.M.P.No.1170 of 2024 in Crl.M.P. No.891 of 2024 in Crime No.04/ACB-KNR/2024, which reads as follows:
"...the petitioner/accused officer is directed to appear before the investigating officer on fourth Saturday of every calendar month before 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. till further orders of this Court from the date of order of this Court."

Heard Sri M. Ram Mohan Reddy, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner as well as Sri T. Bala Mohan Reddy, learned Standing Counsel for ACB, Spl. Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of the respondent.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with all the conditions imposed by the trial Court and also appearing before the Investigating Officer as directed. He further submitted that the investigation has now
SKS,J Crl.P.No.14025 of 2025 been completed and the continued appearance of the petitioner is no longer necessary. Hence, he prayed for relaxation of the said condition.

Learned Standing Counsel for ACB also submitted that the entire investigation is complete and prayed the Court to pass appropriate orders.

Considering the submissions of both learned counsel and upon perusal of the material available on record, the condition imposed in Crl.M.P.No.1170 of 2024 dated 30.09.2024, is hereby relaxed. The petitioner shall appear before the Investigating Officer as and when his presence is specifically required during the course of proceedings.

Accordingly, the Criminal petition is allowed. Miscellaneous applications, if any pending, shall stand closed.
