THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A. RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.16338 of 2011 ORDER :

This writ petition is filed to direct the respondents to take expeditious action on the representation submitted by the petitioner on 15.03.2011 by taking expeditious action for assigning an extent of Ac.0-30 cents of land situated in Chilakalapudi village, Ghantasala Mandal, Krishna District and to declare their inaction as illegal, and ultravires of the provisions of Article 14 and 21 of the Constitution of India.

2. Counter affidavit is filed by the 2nd respondent stating that an endorsement has been made stating that the petitioner cannot be assigned land.

3. When the matter is listed on 16.03.2016 learned counsel for the petitioner stated that no such endorsement is served on the petitioner and the matter is adjourned for getting a copy of the endorsement. Today, learned Assistant Government Pleader produced a copy of the endorsement dated 07.04.2011.

4. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue

5. Since the application of the petitioner is rejected through endorsement dated 07.04.2011, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that liberty may be granted to the petitioner to challenge the said rejection order.

6. In view of the same, the writ petition is disposed of giving liberty to the petitioner to challenge the endorsement dated 07.04.2011. The respondents are directed to serve a copy of the endorsement dated 07.04.2011 on the petitioner. There shall be no order as to costs.
