O R D E R :- This Civil Revision Petition is directed against the Common Order dated 11.06.2015 in I.A.No. 904 of 2014 in O.S.No. 24 of 2013 passed by the learned XVI Additional District and Sessions Judge, Nandigama. The petitioners herein are defendant Nos.2 to 4 in the suit. The application in I.A.No. 904 of 2014 under Section 5 of the Limitation Act was filed by the respondent-plaintiff seeking to condone the delay of 333 days in filing a petition under Order 22 Rule 9 CPC and the same was allowed vide common order dated 11.06.2015.

Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that the petitioners, being aggrieved by the impugned common order dated 11.06.2015 passed in I.A.Nos.900 and 903 of 2013 whereby the applications filed by the respondentplaintiff under Order 22, Rules 9 and 4 CPC were allowed setting aside the abatement order passed on 28.02.2014 and impleading respondent Nos.2 to 4 therein as defendant Nos.2 to 4 in the suit to substitute the deceased-1st defendant respectively, filed two more

C.R.P.Nos.2742 and 2778 of 2015, and this Court, by order dated 12.08.2015, dismissed those revision petitions and inasmuch as the present revision petition is also connected to those cases, it may be dismissed. In view of the fair submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioners that the connected C.R.P.Nos.2742 and 2778 of 2015 were dismissed by this Court, the present C.R.P. shall also stand dismissed. No order as to costs.

As a sequel to the dismissal of this Revision Petition, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any pending, shall stand disposed of as infructuous.
