THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY Tr.C.M.P.No.572 of 2018 ORDER:

This petition is filed under Section 24 CPC seeking to withdraw F.C.O.P.No.188 of 2018 on the file of the Family Court, Nellore, and transfer the same to Family Court, at Srikakulam.

At the time of arguments, the only relief sought by the learned counsel for the petitioner is to dispense with the presence of the petitioner in F.C.O.P.No.188 of 2018 on each and every date of adjournment before the Family Court, Nellore. 3.

In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to go into the merits of the main case.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the presence of the petitioner in F.C.O.P.No.188 of 2018 on the file of the Family Court, Nellore, is dispensed with on each and every date of adjournment. However, the petitioner shall attend before the Family Court, Nellore, as and when her presence is so required.

With the above observation, transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is disposed of. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
