Kathulapalli Chalapataiah v. The State Of Andhra Pradesh, Rep. By Its Principal Secretary
THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE VILAS V.AFZULPURKAR WRIT PETITION No.35201 OF 2015 ORDER:
Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Pleader for Revenue.
The petitioner states that he has filed a statutory Appeal No.3180 of 2010, dated __08.2010, along with a stay petition before the District Collector, Prakasam District, the 2nd respondent. His grievance is that neither the said appeal nor the stay petition has been heard by the 2nd respondent so far.
In view of the limited grievance of the petitioner, I deem it appropriate to direct the 2nd respondent to fix an early date for hearing of the appeal and the stay petition and after giving notice to the parties, pass appropriate orders either in the appeal or in the stay petition, preferably within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
The Writ Petition is accordingly disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
