THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY CRIMINAL PETITION No.2043 of 2015 ORDER:

This petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. to quash the proceedings against the petitioners/accused Nos.1 to 8 in C.C. No.26 of 2015 on the file of the Court of I Additional Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Tadepalligudem, West Godavari District. 2.

At the time of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission of this Court to permit the petitioners to withdraw the criminal petition since C.C. No.26 of 2015 was ended in acquittal. A letter to that effect was also addressed to the Registrar (Judicial). Permission is granted.

Accordingly, the criminal petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending in this criminal petition, shall stand closed.
