Bhosale) On last occasion, learned counsel for the petitioner sought time to file application seeking amendment of the writ petition. Till today, he has not taken steps.
In view thereof, we are not inclined to keep this petition pending any further.
Hence, the writ petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to file fresh writ petition if he so desires and advised giving better particulars.
Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any, also stand disposed of.
