THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.V.SESHA SAI WRIT PETITION No.33139 OF 2015 ORDER:

This Writ Petition, under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, is filed for the following relief:

"to issue a Writ of Mandamus or any other appropriate Writ, Order or Orders, Direction or Directions to direct the respondents to act in accordance with law and to forthwith pass orders on the application made by the petitioners dated 1.10.2015 granting necessary permission for conducting the Devi Navatari celebrations in the Pochamma temple, near Hanuman Temple, Puppalaguda Village, Rajendranagar Mandal, Ranga Reddy District."

2. Heard Sri Vedula Srinivas, learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Government Pleader for Home (TG) for the respondents.

3. When the matter is called, it is represented by learned counsel for the petitioners that petitioners herein have submitted a representation on 01.10.2015 to the Station House Officer, P.S.Narsing, Rajendranagar Mandal, Ranga Reddy District-5th respondent herein seeking permission to conduct Devi Navaratri celebrations. It is also submitted that so far no action has been taken on the said representation as such necessary directions may be issued to the Station House Officer-5th respondent herein to pass appropriate orders on the representation, dated 01.10.2015, in accordance with law by fixing some time. This Court considers the said request as reasonable.

4. In view of the above submissions, the Writ Petition is disposed of, directing the Station House Officer-5th respondent to pass appropriate orders on the representation, dated 01.10.2015, said to have been submitted by the petitioners, in

accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of three (3) days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. There shall be no order as to costs.
