Sri E.Venkata Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioners, while requesting to quash the proceedings in C.C.No.365 of 2016 on the file of Additional Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Huzurabad, Karimnagar District, makes a submission that due to land disputes between the 2nd respondent and the petitioners, who are agnates to the de facto complainant-2nd respondent, the petitioners are falsely implicated, though, they are innocent and incident as projected by the de facto complaint did ever take place. 2.
Learned counsel for the petitioners also drawn the attention of this Court to the charge sheet averments and F.I.R., which are filed in the direction of seeking quashment. Even, at this stage, the statements recorded under Section 161 Cr.P.C. have not been filed. Still, the charge sheet projects the overt acts of all the three petitioners. Therefore, the question of quashing the proceedings in aforesaid Calendar Case just basing on averment that there are land disputes between the petitioners and the 2nd respondent, does not arise.

Accordingly, the criminal petition is dismissed.
Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this criminal petition shall stand closed.
