This writ petition is filed for the following relief: "to issue a writ, order or direction particularly a Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the respondents in causing damage to the petitioner's shop in high handed manner without notice and without measuring the road width properly by taking the centre of the existing cement road or from the edge of the drainage canal constructed on the other side of the road as illegal, arbitrary and consequently direct respondents 1 to 3 not to cause damage further to the petitioner's shop situated on the main road leading to Kondepi to Tangatur in Survey No.119/1B of Kondepi (V&M), Prakasam District." When the matter is taken up, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that this Court by order dated 24.08.2009 granted interim direction and in view of the said interim order, no further orders need be passed in the present writ petition. Recording the said submission, the writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
